Hi, I'm Marina

Nina's Graze Co was born from a love of beautiful food and bringing people together. What started as creating spreads for friends and family quickly became something bigger when everyone kept asking “Where did you order this?!”

Every board, box, and cup is handcrafted with premium meats, artisan cheeses, fresh fruits, and our signature meat roses. I believe food should be an experience, not just a snack.

Whether it's a corporate event, wedding, birthday, or a quiet night in, I pour the same love and attention into every single creation. Based in Daytona Beach and serving all of Volusia County, I can't wait to help make your next gathering unforgettable.

Ordering

We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for board orders. For grazing tables and the graze cart, minimum notice is 72 hours. Rush service is available — call us at (386) 871-0658 to check availability. For large events, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead.

We offer products starting at $12 for our Grab-and-Go Graze Cups all the way up to $210 for our Feast Platter. For grazing table and cart service, please request a custom quote.

For standard boards, you can order directly through our menu page. For custom orders, events, or grazing tables, fill out our contact form or call us at (386) 871-0658. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a custom quote.

Orders canceled more than 72 hours (3 days) before pickup/delivery will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the order date are non-refundable due to perishable item prep and time invested. Same-day cancellations will not be refunded.

Dietary & Ingredients

Absolutely! We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and dairy-free options. Just let us know your requirements when ordering and we’ll customize your board accordingly. Every dietary option is crafted with the same care and abundance as our standard boards.

We partner with local Florida creameries, artisan meat producers, and seasonal farmers markets whenever possible. Our cheeses are hand-selected for quality and flavor, and we use only premium charcuterie from trusted producers.

Our boards may contain dairy, nuts, wheat/gluten, and cured meats. We prepare all boards in a kitchen that handles these allergens. While we can create allergen-free boards, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any severe allergies.

Delivery

We serve Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, and surrounding Volusia County areas. Delivery fees may apply outside of the Ormond Beach, Daytona, and Port Orange area. For grazing tables and cart service, delivery is free within 5 miles of 32174, with fees starting at $25 beyond that.

Boards should be refrigerated upon arrival and removed 30-45 minutes before serving for optimal flavor and texture. Cheese tastes best at room temperature! Boards are best enjoyed within 4 hours of removal from refrigeration.

Events & Catering

Our grazing table includes full setup and styling. Table Setup Fee is $100. Our mobile Graze Cart includes 12 items of bottomless service for two hours with staff delivery, plus serving trays, napkins, and utensils. Cart Setup & Delivery Fee is $150. Service for 50 guests or more requires a custom quote. All fees exclude per person pricing.

Just the table! We bring everything else — all food, serving ware, styling elements, and decor. If you’d like us to incorporate specific decor or a theme, just let us know and we’ll work with your vision.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
